Hey Hannah,
Two features that we’ve published online that look at the gender gap in the design industry are:
Mind the Gap and Girl, Uninterrupted. Be sure to check out Kadish’s site G-IRL too. Gal-dem and Riposte also look at the issue but I don’t have specific examples.
We’re also about to release a two-part pilot episode of our podcast series next month and it focusses on the gender pay gap. It’s two 30ish minute long episodes which I can share with you ahead of release if you’re happy to keep them to yourself.
